Refunds & Cancellations
Our cancellation and refund policy for the CXODash subscription.
1 Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial — no card required and no charge. You can cancel any time during the trial and nothing is due.
2 Cancellation & renewal
Subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen term (quarterly or annual). You may choose not to renew at any time; your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a term.
3 Refunds
We issue a refund only where there has been a duplicate or accidental payment, or a billing error on our part.
